FDI Filing

FDI Filing

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) allows overseas individuals, companies, and institutions to invest in Indian businesses through eligible equity instruments. These investments may be made by subscribing to new shares, acquiring an existing shareholding, or infusing capital into an Indian company in accordance with applicable regulations.

FDI transactions in India are regulated under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), along with guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), and the Ministry of Finance. Every foreign investment transaction must comply with sector-specific rules, pricing regulations, reporting obligations, and banking requirements.

At TaxAbide, we assist businesses with end-to-end FDI compliance, documentation, reporting, and coordination with Authorized Dealer (AD) Banks to ensure a smooth investment process.
