Business Plan

A business plan is a structured document that explains how a business will operate, generate revenue, and achieve its goals. It provides a complete overview of the company, including its products or services, target market, competition, marketing strategy, operational framework, and financial forecasts.

A well-prepared business plan answers important questions such as:

  • What problem does the business solve?
  • Who are the target customers?
  • How will the business generate income?
  • What resources are required for growth?
  • What are the future expansion plans?

It serves as both a planning tool and a communication document for investors, lenders, and business partners.
